Rare Bird Psychotherapy provides counseling to adults and adolescents as individuals and in groups. I use therapeutic methods derived from the Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, and Relational theories of psychotherapy. Counseling is an art, and I am not afraid to improvise and explore different strategies to help you find yourself, your passion, and your path towards wholeness and health.
